So, today I am in Nashville, TN at a journalism conference with my sorority sister. We are both equally educated in different aspects of journalism but still technically unemployed in the job of our dreams. I have found the road rather bleak and dreary beyond college. After the meal plans, Greek parties, and refund checks have expired I am again a regular person who needs benefits, financial security, and stability. This blog is to encourage all recent grads to continue on their job search and not give up or give in to something lesser than they dream. Although the economy is horrible and things are looking worse than ever I learned alot of valuable lessons today. The majority of the people here are already employed. And if they can get a job in this field I know I can. I just have to be persistent. And gain all the experience I can.
